Scholarships in Associate Degree and Certificate Programs ** DOCUMENTED FINANCIAL NEED REQUIRED Boys Working Reserve of Allegheny County. This award shall be made to full-time students enrolled in two-year associate degree or baccalaureate programs in the College of Agricultural Sciences. Grants may be given to students in the winter course program or to graduate students. Applicants must have documented financial need. Endowed by Kurvin W. and Eva S. Lauer. Clyde S.
