Leadership Development - Minor The Leadership Development minor is developed for students wanting to supplement their academic major with studies in leadership development. The minor consists of a minimum of 18 credits, at least 3 of which are an internship experience. This minor provides students with a fundamental concept of leadership development and expands in three related dimensions: (1) Leadership Styles, (2) Ethical and Moral Dimensions of Leadership, and (3) Global Perspective. This minor may be combined with any major in the University. Requirements
