Agricultural & Biological Engineering - Minor This minor provides students with an opportunity to apply engineering principles to agricultural production and processing systems and to the management of our natural resources. Courses may be selected by students to gain a better understanding of soil conservation and water quality, food process engineering, structures and their environments, power and machinery, or microbiological engineering. A grade of C or better is required for all courses in the minor. Scheduling Recommendation by Semester Standing given like (Sem: 1-2). Requirements for the minor: 18-19 credits Prescribed
Courses: Additional Courses (18 credits) Select 9-10 credits from one of the following areas; one course marked with * must be selected (Sem: 7-8)
