Landscape Contracting - Major Landscape Contracting is a professional program involving the art and science of planning, constructing, and managing landscape spaces. The program emphasizes the technical and creative skills that serve as the foundation of the profession. Students study plant materials, planting design, construction methods, plant maintenance, business management and accounting as well as graphics, computer-aided design, surveying, soils, turfgrass management, plant nutrition, and pest control. Students
may choose between Landscape Management and Landscape Design/Build
