Congratulations to our new national committee members, approved through the annual meeting 2009. They are:

Plans are underway for the all-association State's Night Out at Galaxy III on September 16. Please RSVP to Karen Thomas (kat1@psu.edu) if you plan to attend. Thanks to Mary Alice Gettings and Robin Kuleck for serving as our voting delegates at the regional meetings and national board meetings of ESP during Galaxy III.

Plan to attend the Alpha Omicron Chapter of ESP Annual Meeting at the 2008 Extension Annual Conference. The meeting will take place October 28 -7:30 - 9:30 PM. The conference schedule prohibited including a meal this year, but come celebrate our award recipients and plan for the coming years. Thanks to Beth Raney for serving as chair of the Annual Conference Committee.

Future board meetings are August 12 and October 7. Let any board member know if you have issues that need to be brought before the board at these.

Our next newsletter deadline is September 24. Submit your articles to Nancy Kadwill prior to these deadlines.
