  • Shirley anticipates incoming expenses related to the annual meeting, so will wait to print the financial statement until immediately prior to the meeting.
  • Final changes were made to the proposed 2007 budget. Once it is posted on the website, Karen will send an email to membership letting them know it is available. This will also provide an opportunity for committee chairs to review the amounts allocated to their committees.
Vice-President's Report - Davis -
  • Fred has been working with Karen Thomas on the annual meeting. He will review the program before it is printed by the annual meeting committee
  • Fred will check with Danny Perkins regarding the progress of the nominating committee

National ESP Meeting -

  • Pennsylvania will have 26 members attending.
  • Auction contributions continue to come in, but more are needed. All members of the board have submitted an item.
  • Board members were reminded to sign up for auction assignments.
  • State's Night Out - Response to the survey Jeff sent regarding joining with Maryland for State's Night Out resulted in a split vote. Those opposed suggested we might go out with the Maryland group as long as we did a Pennsylvania reception prior to the meal. Jeff is going to look into this further. Patricia Powley is will to help coordinate if we do our own thing. A decision must be made by next week.

There being no further business, President Jeff adjourned the meeting.
