Treasurer's Update -
Bank signatures have been submitted, yet to have full confirmation - most importantly Shirley can sign checks.

Total Annual Members - 77. Membership has been submitted to National.

President's Update -
JCEP Meeting - 2006 Annual Meeting Auction responsibilities - discussion tabled till next meeting

Nominations for National Committees were submitted by the March 1st deadline - Of note, Pennsylvania has representation on five of six national committees

Two Angus Scholarship forms have been signed and submitted - both have come ICT, from Beth Raney and Tom Weber!

Committee Update
With the exception of two committees, committees have Co-Chairs Action:
Co-chairs for remaining two committees

Spring Newsletter
Articles have been submitted - Action: Jeff will email list serve for a last call for articles. Goal for distribution is April 1st.

JCEP
Shirley will distribute the $300 travel scholarship to the office accounts ($100 each) of attendees (Michelle, Jeff and Shirley)

Web Site
Is the information current? Action: Michelle will review web site to see if
up-to-date. Michelle will also check to see that we are linked to National. Shirley will send sample voucher to be placed on web site.

Fall Annual Conference
Action: Shirley noted that this will be an opportunity to market the benefits of membership in Epsilon Sigma Phi to all associations.
