Explanations:

1 - Does not balance because membership decided to budget more for Exec board travel expenses with the intention of pulling it from our savings.

2 -69 members at $60.

3 -These donations are given occasionally by members and are usually undesignated funds, meaning they can be used for any purpose of the organization.

4 -Income from professional organizations to support JCEP forgiveable loan.

5 -This is available from National each year to support officers attending Regional Meeting.

6 - 69 members at $40.

7 - Reflects increase for Shelby Hoy given in 2005 for typing/mailing of Extension Extended.

8 -Funds for this award come from all four of the professional organizations.

9 -Awards for this line: Friend of Extension, Staff Assistant, Diversity-Team & Individual, Team and International Service

10 - Awards for this line: DSA, Rookie, Early Career, Mid-Career, Keystone, Continued Excellence, Visionary Leadership, Administrative Leadership.

11 -$300 received from National ESP for officers to attend Regional Meeting and remainder of expenses from President or Professional Development line.

12 - Reduced to zero because of shift to electronic newsletter.

13 - Speaker fees, funds for attendance at professional meetings, etc.

14 - Extension Memories and Life Members committees.
