Explanations:

1 - These donations are given occasionally by members and are usually undesignated funds, meaning they can be used for any purpose of the organization.

2 - Donation made in 2006 earmarked for the Extension Memories Ad Hoc Committee.

3 - Income from professional organizations to support JCEP forgiveable loan.

4 - It is my understanding that this is available from National each year to support officers attending Regional Meeting.

5 - Dollars taken from checking account reserve to balance budget.

6 - Reflects increase for Shelby Hoy given in 2005 for typing/mailing of Extension Extended.

7 - Funds for this award come from all four of the professional organizations.

8 - Awards for this line: Friend of Extension, Staff Assistant, Diversity-Team & Individual, Team and International Service

9 - Awards for this line: DSA, Rookie, Early Career, Mid-Career, Keystone, Continued Excellence, Visionary Leadership, Administrative Leadership.

10 - $300 received from National ESP for officers to attend Regional Meeting and remainder of expenses from President or Professional Development line.

11 - Copying and postage for two issues for retirees without e-mail addresses.

12 - Speaker fees, funds for attendance at professional meetings, etc.
